Repeat Infringement

Sonic Tune reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to repeated or abusive infringement complaints, repeated infringement activity, or misuse of the notice process.

Misrepresentations

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may carry legal consequences. Please ensure any notice you submit is accurate and supported.

No Waiver of Rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies Sonic Tune or any rights holder may have under applicable law.
